Owning a VW
warrants a good time
A little coverage goes a long way. The right coverage goes even further. That’s why we offer a full 4-year/80,000 km* limited warranty on every new vehicle, a 5-year/100,000 km powertrain limited warranty, and 2-year unlimited kilometre coverage on Volkswagen parts when we service your VW.**
*Whichever occurs first
**A limited warranty of 2 years, with no kilometre limit, applies when parts and accessories are ordered and installed after the purchase or lease of your vehicle. Parts and accessories must be sold and installed by a Canadian Volkswagen dealer to qualify for both parts and labour coverage. Labour coverage is exclusive for parts and accessories installed by a Canadian Volkswagen dealer.
One time purchase, lifetime peace of mind.
When you pay for your first replacement of brake pads, mufflers, shocks, or struts at a certified Volkswagen dealer, you’ll get free replacements of those same genuine Volkswagen parts for as long as you own your vehicle.*
*Conditions apply. To be eligible for the Limited Lifetime Warranty Program, customers must first purchase a set of new genuine VW brake pads along with matching VW brake discs, muffler, shock, or strut, and have them installed by a certified Volkswagen dealer in Canada. Thereafter, the cost of replacement parts will be covered at no charge, provided the customer still owns the vehicle. Limited Lifetime Warranty does not include cost of new brake discs or installation.
For brake components, the warranty is only available to customers who purchased a set of VW brake pads and discs at an authorized Canadian Volkswagen dealer on or after October 18, 2022.
