Since 2019, we've been a proud partner of the Canadian Premier League, and we’re excited to continue our commitment to the sport by partnering with Canada Soccer – an organization that shares our commitment to inclusivity, accessibility, and bringing the fun to everyone.

Think you’ve seen us on the big screen? You probably have. We’ve had countless starring roles for over seven decades – everything from time-traveling adventures to high school coming of age stories, and even beloved kids’ movies.

Now, it’s time for our red carpet debut! We’re thrilled to celebrate the magic of storytelling as the Official Automotive Partner of the Toronto International Film Festival – just in time for its 50th anniversary. While you’re at the festival trying to spot celebrities, keep an eye out for the real star of the show: the all-electric ID. Buzz.

We’re excited to kick off this new partnership with a contest of blockbuster proportions. Our on-screen performances are now your chance to win big.

Spot the licence plate number on a Volkswagen in your favourite Hollywood blockbuster, indie darling, or binge-worthy series. Then, share it on social along with where you found it. Don’t forget to tag @vwcanadaOpen external link with #Buzzcode.

It’s about more than the drive

Together with our partners, we’re helping build stronger communities for VW drivers and those that drive alongside us. 

Campfire Circle

Since our partnership with Campfire Circle, began in 2015 we’ve provided fleets of vehicles, a housing unit for staff, and over 1 million in donations to help kids and families affected by childhood cancer.

Canadian Premier League

We’re proud to be a founding partner of the Canadian Premier League, a soccer league built from the ground up that Canadians can call their own.

Ride to NYC for Campfire Circle

Since 2022, we have provided a fleet of Volkswagen Atlas support vehicles for the R2//NYC (Ride to New York City), where cyclists ride nearly 850 km over the course of 5 days to raise money for Campfire Circle, an organization that provides programs for kids and families affected by childhood cancer or serious illness. Each team of cyclists has a dedicated Volkswagen supporting them along their journey, keeping them safe, hydrated, and pointed in the right direction.

The Santa Claus Parade

The Santa Claus Parade is a storied holiday tradition that brings joy to families all across the nation. As the official tow sponsor since 2018, we’ve had the privilege of being one of Santa’s reindeer by having every float in the parade pulled by Volkswagen.

Sporting Life 10k

We celebrated our 10th year in a row participating and raising funds for the annual Sporting Life 10K race in support of Campfire Circle for kids and families affected by childhood cancer. In 2024 we raised over $31,000 for this amazing organization.
