If the vehicle senses an impending collision with another vehicle, bicycle, or pedestrian, Front Assist is designed to warn the driver with an audible tone. It is also designed to automatically apply the brakes under certain conditions, so if the driver doesn’t react, the vehicle can.^†

The available Blind Spot Monitor is designed to use radar to trigger a warning light in your side-view mirror when a vehicle is detected in your blind spot.

Rear Traffic Alert comes in handy when you’re backing up. It has sensors that are designed to alert you if vehicles are detected crossing in your path when in reverse, and can even help brake the vehicle under certain conditions.^†

Available Light Assist can detect vehicles traveling ahead and in oncoming traffic, and it automatically dips the headlights so other motorists are not blinded.
