2022 Volkswagen Taos SUV on a country road

VW Taos x Georgian College

Established in 1967, Georgian CollegeOpen external link has launched the careers of many in the Canadian automotive industry. It is the home of Georgian College Automotive Business School of CanadaOpen external link (ABSC), which focuses on training the next generation of business leaders in the automotive industry – the only program of its kind in the country. Volkswagen Canada has been a long-standing supporter of the ABSC, with a number of our team members having graduated from the program.

Based in Barrie, Ontario, Georgian College hosts Canada’s largest outdoor auto show as part of the Automotive Business School curriculum. Given the current pandemic, the event has been cancelled for the past two years, but we have made sure that it didn’t put a damper on our support.

As part of the Spring program, a student team was tasked with producing videos to support the launch of our all-new 2022 VW TaosOpen external link compact SUVWOpen external link. In the first videoOpen external link, you’ll see that with impressive cargo space and a customizable digital cockpit, the Taos is always game, whether you’re in the city or off the grid.

In the second videoOpen external link, the VW Taos looks good in all settings – night and day – with a panoramic sunroof, travel assist, and 60/40 split folding rear seats.

We’d like to send a special thank you to Matt JosephOpen external link, Will SanciOpen external link, Dean MamiitOpen external link, and Russell BoyleOpen external link for their excellent creative effort, and wish them all the best in their future careers!
