It’s the most wonderful time of the year, The Santa Claus Parade! Volkswagen has been a proud partner of the parade for over 3 years and it’s always such a pleasure helping to bring it to life. It’s our shared values of inclusivity and diversity that make this partnership so strong year after year. From the variety of enchanting floats to the many wonderful and hardworking people who made this parade possible, we all worked together to ensure that this magical holiday tradition could be shared by everyone.  

Although, the Santa Claus parade had to be a little different, just like everything else is this year, but it wasn’t any less special! Santa and his elves couldn’t come to the streets of Toronto; so we took a trip to Canada’s Wonderland, just outside the city instead.

There was no live audience, no lines of people to stop and watch. The only way to see it is on your TV or online; but that didn’t stop us from making it feel like you’re actually there. From the moment it first aired on December 5^th 2020 on CTV, every float told a story that brought that much-needed holiday magic into our homes. All of the 20 floats this year were pulled by a 2021 Atlas, and it was as smooth a ride as the elves have come to expect.
